At Harbour Point, the challenge was to take a parcel of land between Myrtle Grove Sound and the Intracoastal waterway and turn it into a vibrant town home community with unparalleled amenities and quaint southern charm without repeating the same overdone approach to waterfront living. To accomplish this, The Davy Group introduced a traditional Charleston-style in the home design and landscaping complete with tin roofs, white picket fences and shell-lined streets.
The classically designed pool and clubhouse were elevated to capitalize on sweeping views of the Intracoastal waterway and a 98-slip marina was carefully inserted into a protected ?No Wake Zone? just minutes from the river and open ocean.
